Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last updated July 27, 2026

This policy is between you and Moulds AI Inc., a Delaware C-Corp (“moulds.ai”), and is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. It covers platform credits — what you buy from us.

Some agents in the catalog are published by independent builders and may charge their own recurring plan on top. Those are covered in the Terms of Service, under plans for builder-published agents, not by this policy.

What you’re buying

Credit packs are one-time purchases: there’s no subscription and no recurring charge for credits. You spend credits as your workers do work, and you top up when you want to.

moulds.ai is in beta. We think that’s a material thing to know before you pay us: features change, and runs can fail. It is exactly why the refund window below exists.

Cancelling

There’s no credits subscription to cancel. You can pause, stop or remove a worker at any time from the app and it stops doing work. Unused credits stay in your balance and don’t expire.

Refunds

If you’re unhappy with something you’ve paid for, email rahul.agarwal@moulds.ai within 30 days of the purchase and tell us what happened. We’ll look at it with you and come back to you quickly.

We handle refunds case by case rather than by a fixed rule — what’s fair depends on what went wrong. Where we do refund, it’s normally issued as platform credits added back to your balance: credits are the unit the platform actually meters, they’re usable straight away rather than waiting on a card cycle, and they don’t expire. If credits aren’t right for your situation, say so and we’ll talk it through.

Asking costs you nothing, and we’d much rather hear from you than not.

Runs that fail

If credits were consumed by a run that failed on our side, tell us and we’ll credit them back once we’ve confirmed that’s what happened.
