Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

These terms are between you and Moulds AI Inc., a Delaware C-Corp (“moulds.ai”, “we”). By accessing or using moulds.ai you agree to be bound by them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

What moulds.ai Does

moulds.ai is a platform for putting AI workers to work. You describe a job in plain English; we draft a worker for it from a catalog of agents, with its steps, its cadence and its approval gates, and the worker only exists once you accept the draft. It then runs in our infrastructure on the cadence you set, or on demand.

Any step that sends something outward gets an approval step in front of it — enforced by the platform, not by convention: a worker without the gate can't be saved, and the engine refuses to run an ungated send. That covers workers composed for you, hand-written ones, installed ones, and scheduled runs. The run stops there and waits for you before anything is sent.

Agents in the catalog can be published by independent builders. Read what an agent does, and what it can reach, before you put a worker to work with it.

Beta

moulds.ai is in beta and is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We work to restore service promptly after any interruption, but we do not currently offer a formal service level agreement or a guaranteed level of uptime.

AI output can be wrong. Review what a worker produces before you rely on it.

User Responsibilities

You’re responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us during setup and for keeping your account secure. You agree to use moulds.ai in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Workers can send messages to third parties on your behalf, with moulds.ai as the technical sender. You are responsible for what your workers send on your behalf. Specifically, you agree not to use moulds.ai to send unsolicited bulk or deceptive outreach, and not to put it to any unlawful or infringing use. We may suspend an account for abuse.

Payment Terms — Platform Credits

Usage of the platform is paid for with credits. Credit packs are one-time purchases — there is no subscription and no recurring charge for credits. Credits are consumed as your workers do work, and they don’t expire. Refunds are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

We’ll give existing customers 30 days’ notice before changing credit pack pricing. Credits you’ve already bought are unaffected.

Plans for Builder-Published Agents

This is a separate arrangement from credits, and it’s worth knowing which one you’re agreeing to.

Credits are what you buy from moulds.ai. Separately, some agents in the catalog are published by independent builders, and those agents may charge a recurring plan for their use.

Plans for builder-published agents are charged by moulds.ai and paid on to the builder, less a platform fee. The agent itself is built and operated by that builder, not by us.

Before you subscribe you’ll be shown the plan’s price and its billing interval. The plan renews automatically at that interval until it’s cancelled, and you agree to those terms at the point of subscribing.

Builders set their own plan prices, and a price can change. As a condition of listing on moulds.ai, a builder offering a recurring plan accepts that an increase to an existing subscriber’s price takes effect no sooner than 30 days after that subscriber has been told about it. So if the price of a plan you’re on goes up, you have that notice period to cancel it yourself, as below, before the new price applies. An increase that reaches you without that notice hasn’t met the condition the builder agreed to: you can still cancel before you pay it, and if you’ve already been charged, tell us and we’ll look at it with you case by case.

You can cancel a plan for a builder-published agent yourself, at any time, from app.moulds.ai/me/billing — no more steps than it took to subscribe, and you never have to contact us to do it. Cancelling ends your access to that agent’s plan straight away rather than at the end of the billing period, and the remainder of the current period isn’t refunded automatically — if that leaves you out of pocket, write to rahul.agarwal@moulds.ai. Cancelling a plan does not touch your credit balance.

Our 30-day credits refund policy does not apply to builder plans, since those funds are paid on to a third party. If you have a problem with a builder plan, email rahul.agarwal@moulds.ai and we’ll help you sort it out.

Limitation of Liability

moulds.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

You can stop using moulds.ai whenever you like — there’s no term to see out and no notice to give. We may terminate or suspend access where these terms are breached. On termination, we will assist with data export as requested.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
