Privacy Policy

Last updated July 27, 2026

The controller of your personal information is Moulds AI Inc., a Delaware C-Corp (“moulds.ai”, “we”).

Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly: your account details, what you tell a worker to do, and the files and connected accounts you give it to work from. We also collect what the platform generates as you use it — your runs, their results, and the AI calls behind them.

How We Use Your Information

We use it to run the service: to draft and run your workers, to process payments, to send you technical and support messages, and to improve how moulds.ai works.

Information Sharing

We do not sell or trade your personal information. We share it with the service providers we need to operate the platform — including the AI providers that run your workers’ steps — and where the law requires it.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. See our Security page for the specifics.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain communications from us. To exercise any of these, email privacy@moulds.ai and we will action it.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
